As we return this week to our series “From Patmos to Present: A Vision of VII Churches” we come to the church at Sardis. A church that Jesus says has a reputation of being alive, but is, in fact, dead. They looked good from the outside but were empty on the inside. A reminder that appearance can be deceptive. Jesus gives the church at Sardis a sombre warning but also gives the church hope through instruction that is both curative and restorative. Join us this week as we explore the church at Sardis.
